Izzie was very pregnant so we had to book her quickly to be in time to immortalise her bump. This is a great subject to draw, and a rare privilege.

It is a rare privilege to draw a pregnant woman, so we were very grateful when Maria offered to pose for us. She is eight months gone (though she looks more like six) and her poses inspired some excellent drawings.
