Molly developed by George

George is working (in photoshop I think) on the watercolour sketch he did of Molly in the patio (below). In the crit I suggested adding the fountain and pot on the left to balance the composition.

GEORGE: Two versions of Molly. In addition to your suggestion  I’ve added some colour to the background which I said I thought would help, and in one (below) I’ve roughly added some tone to the dress – does it help give some depth and form or does it just detract from the patterning of the dress – I’m not sure.         

Any views on this?
