Ursula and sheet. Part 3
A twenty-minute pose, rather too short to do the subject justice but long enough, hopefully, to get the essence of the way the sheet drapes, hangs and stretches around the figure. It is important to see which folds are ‘meaningful’ – where they form rhythms that reveal both the tensions in the sheet and the presence of the figure beneath.
